House by John Lewis

This is a paid partnership in Collaboration with John Lewis & Partners’.

Today, John Lewis have unveiled their brand new identity: John Lewis & Partners’, putting Partners back at the heart of everything John Lewis does, and to celebrate, I’m sharing a few of my favourite pieces from their homeware range, House by John Lewis Range

House by John Lewis is not a new homeware brand, in fact it was established in 2012 and is the largest of John Lewis’ own home brands. The House by John Lewis range is designed for modern, contemporary living to add to the home without over cluttering – useful products that you’ll love to live with. With 19 in-house designers, House by John Lewis launch exclusive products from furniture to accessories throughout the year and each piece has been well thought out, is well made and is surprisingly affordable – you’ll see.

As a basic rule, in most rooms in my home I stick to fairly neutral colours for the walls and major furniture which allows me to add smaller, design focussed, unique pieces like these from the House by John Lewis range to instantly transform a room without breaking the bank.

Black and White Speckled Todd Table Lamp £35

Anything that resembles Dalmatian print is A-Okay in my book, and that includes black and white speckled designs (as you can see by my matching accessories that I’ve collected) so this lamp is easily my favourite from the collection. Due to the unique way that this particular product is finished, each piece will vary in appearance – which just makes it even better. It makes it feel like it’s one of a kind. This lamp is quite a petite lamp which just makes it even more adorable, it’s great for bedside table spaces as you can see but given it’s cute size I think it would work really well in a hallway on a narrow console table where space is limited. FYI if you’re a fellow spot lover like myself, House by John Lewis do a whole spotted crockery range!

Snooze Embroidered Storm Cushion £18

This embroidered face design is simply gorgeous, so on trend and it works perfectly on a cushion, it’s a statement cushion without it being too loud. This shade of grey compliments so many other colours too so it’s a really flexible design piece for in any room. If you love this, you will love the matching Snooze Lamp.

Plain Cotton Cushions in Plaster £15

It wouldn’t be a Lust Living room if it didn’t feature some pink now would it? But for those that have partners who don’t approve of having ‘girly pink’ in the home, this is cleverly named plaster (the pest shade of pink) – so it’s not really pink at all is it?! It’s the perfect argument anyway. This pale shade works with so many other colours making it really versatile.
