Vita Copenhagen Eos Goose Feather Lamp

This wall where the door above, is where my previous office space used to be(for anyone who remembers). In the last couple of months my office has been moved into another room in the house and this wall has been knocked through and had a door put in, as this is where the new ensuite to our bedroom will be (which is well underway thanks to my handy other half.

So since there has been a bit of building work going on and lots of mess, I decided to to a little decorating in the bedroom, including freshening up this wall with Farrow & Ball Calamine and adding some new lights. The lights of my dreams. Also please ignore the fact that the door isn’t quite yet – it will be painted when the bathroom is finished, there is absolutely zero point doing it before then as it will just get knocked carrying bits in and out while the work is being done. You may remember that I had an Eos Goose Feather Lamp by VITA Copenhagen in my living room and although I loved it there, the living room is the darkest room in the house so I had to get a brighter lamp unfortunately. Silver lining though, it pushed me to put it up in the bedroom, and in my opinion they are the most bedroomiest (I know that’s not a word but you know what I mean) lamps – so fluffy and dreamy. So I have two of the Eos Goose Feather Lamps in the size medium hanging from the ceiling with the black cords and then Eos size mini on the dresser on a tripod.

The Eos lamps aren’t cheap admittedly but VITA Copenhagen is a great brand and incase you didn’t know, these particular lamps are handmade, the size medium lamps for example have approximately 1,800 goose feathers so a lot of work goes in to making them. As always, I will never promote products that I wouldn’t invest in myself – although VITA Copenhagen were kind enough to gift me one of these ceiling lamps, I had previously brought the other two myself from Dotmaison in the UK – so this really isn’t just something I am sharing because it has been sent to me, it is a product that I genuinely love and just can’t get enough of – I’ve got my eye on the grey Eos lamps next!
