Meraki Utility Design

Inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics and developed in Denmark, Meraki offer a range of lifestyle and skin care products. If you like the look of Aesop skincare, then Meraki will be right up your street. It’s got Scandinavian design written all over it.

I love having pretty packaging – it’s one of the most important factors when buying any kind of skincare, bottles that don’t irritate my OCD nature being left out, and the Meraki is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye that they can stay out all year long for all I care. The packaging is so simple it will fit well into anyone’s decor, be it in your bathroom or on your bedside table. Secondly – price. Meraki is very reasonably priced in my opinion for quality skincare, even the candle at £12.00 is a great price for such large candle. There’s nothing worse than paying a lot of money for a poxy tiny candle that will last a week!Quality comes hand in hand with price for me, and Meraki did not disappoint – both the hand cream and the lip balm are so moisturising leaving your hands and lips silky smooth – soon to be essential items with Autumn quickly approaching – candles and Autumn are a obviously a given! The washcloths are beautiful, which sounds sad I know since they are just face cloths. But they’re the perfect shade of grey with white mixed in and the Meraki logo sewn in to add a luxury touch. Thirdly – scent. Each Meraki product I have has a different scent, cotton haze, mandarin and fig + apricot. All delicious, without being too overpowering. I will without a doubt be restocking these when they run out and I definitely will not be sharing my hand cream around – hands off Mum! All mine!

Next on my Meraki shopping list are the Cotton Haze Hand Soap and the Hand Towels to complete my set.
