Eva Solo MyFlavour

It’s getting to the time of year when I’m suddenly becoming a bit more concious about what I’m eating and drinking, because you know, Summer is on the horizon, holidays are booked, summer bods and all that. No. On a serious note, I do not drink enough water, nowhere near enough – you’re supposedly supposed to drink 2 litres of water a day, at a push I probably only just drink 1 litre a day. The problem for me is that I don’t like the taste of water, I know that sounds strange, whats not to like right? But to me it just tastes of nothing and as a result I don’t enjoy drinking it especially in large quantities. I’m much better at drinking squash but obviously natural sugars from fruits are a much better solution that those in squash so this is where MyFlavour comes in handy.

MyFlavour has a spiked skewer that can be used to add your favourite fruits/vegetables (or the carafe can be used without the skewer), its slim enough to fit in your fridge door, it comes with a lid so you’re not going to spill anything on the move, and it’s dishwasher-safe. Oh and it just looks great too doesn’t it? It’s a smart stylish bottle, it ticks all the boxes.

My favourite MyFlavour recipe:

Sliced Strawberries

Raspberries

Mint Leaves

YUM.

Here’s to drinking much more water this year starting now!
