When it comes to meals, I am most definitely a breakfast person – it is my favourite meal of the day, feed me Eggs Benedict three times a day seven days a week and I will love you forever. But when it comes to week day mornings I am most definitely a sleep over breakfast type of girl. My sleep is precious, I absolutely do not spend valuable beauty sleep time preparing and eating breakfast, it takes too much time – or at least I thought it did until I was introduced to Nutribuddy.

The Nutribuddy Breakfast Bundle contains instant porridge, which I’ll come to in a minute, and my favourite part – the breakfast shake. The word shake always makes me think of gym bulking protein shakes, but that’s not what this is, this is a blend of organic oats, seeds and coconut, 3 scoops of that shook up with 300ml of milk or substitute milk (I drink mine with almond milk) and you have a delicious (honestly so deliciously sweet), quick, nutritious, filling, sugar-free and low in calories (also quick gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free) breakfast on the go. None of this sitting about eating breakfast malarkey. I’m always in too much of a rush in the morning, once I drag my lazy arse out of bed it takes about 20 seconds to get this shake ready and then I drink it in the car on the way to work, extra sleep and yummy breakfast – that’s called winning at life. The Nutribuddy Breakfast Shake is genuinely something that I have enjoyed drinking so much that I am continuing with it going forward – that’s how much I love it.

If you do prefer a good sit down breakfast or why not both then the instant porridge with all the trimmings (flaxseeds, chia seeds & desiccated coconut) goes down an absolute treat – go on, treat yourself and add some fresh berries! Yum!

Nutribuddy is great if you’re trying to lose weight but also if you’re like me and you know you should be eating breakfast every day but you’re not, you really should not skip breakfast, I know this, which is why this is such a good nutritious breakfast to enjoy, I’m not really aiming to lose weight personally, but I think everyone can always aim to be healthier (especially at this time of year – everyone has summer holidays booked), and that includes eating breakfast – plus if you eat healthier in the morning that means you can indulge more in the evening no?!

It’s always a bonus when everything arrives in lovely packaging, with instructions on each packet so you don’t have to remember how many scoops of this and how many scoops of that. I especially love the shake glass jar which is great to just keep on your kitchen top for daily use and you can just buy the refill packs from Nutribuddy going forward then, simple and saves a few pennies.
