
It’s getting to the time of year when I’m suddenly becoming a bit more concious about what I’m eating and drinking, because you know, Summer is on the horizon, holidays are booked, summer bods and all that. No. On a serious note, I do not drink enough water, nowhere near enough – you’re supposedly supposed to drink 2 litres of water a day, at a push I probably only just drink 1 litre a day. The problem for me is that I don’t like the taste of water, I know that sounds strange, whats not to like right? But to me it just tastes of nothing and as a result I don’t enjoy drinking it especially in large quantities. I’m much better at drinking squash but obviously natural sugars from fruits are a much better solution that those in squash so this is where MyFlavour comes in handy.
