If there’s an option to lose an appliance on our kitchen worktops, sign me up – I am always trying to de-clutter our tops so I’m delighted that we have finally ditched the kettle because we have upgraded our very sad old leaking tap to this ARNO Flex 4 in 1 Champagne Gold Instant Boiling Hot Water Tap.
Now we’ve had this tap for about a month now which I feel is a good amount of time to have lived with it and trialled it properly – and I have to say it’s a complete game changer, in fact it’s left me wondering why we didn’t get one sooner? The reason of course – the price tag! Luckily, ARNO have a simple mission: providing the luxury of instant boiling water without the £1,000+ price tag usually charged by big brands.
The biggest concern I had (with two young children) was the safety aspect of a boiling water tap which is another reason we chose ARNO. The 4-in-1 tap features a dedicated safety lock mechanism to use the boiling water function (video here) which means my 6 year old daughter can safely get herself a glass of water without me worrying.
The tap we replaced had a pull out spray and I’m so glad we didn’t have to lose that function because once you have one it’s hard to go without. Now we have a 30cm extendable hose that magically retracts itself back inside the tap head completely hidden. It’s completely discrete you wouldn’t even know it’s there!
The 4-in-1 Functionality means we have hot, cold, filtered 98°C boiling water, and crisp filtered drinking water from one tap instantly – but if you want something a little more boujie, they’ve have now launched their stunning 6-in-1 tap!
If you have the space underneath your tap, I cannot recommend getting an instant boiling hot water tap enough. For something you use every single day, it really is worth it.
