If you’ve got a little bit of OCD like me then this post is for you. I like things tidy, with everything in the right place and easy to find but it has to look good. None of these plastic storage boxes on show thank you!

2. Rectangular Wire Baskets – I have couple of of these in my office, they’re great for organising bits and bobs like small books, note pads etc. I have another smaller basket in my kitchen which holds my oils and salt & pepper.
3. Dishes – Perfect for holding small items in the office like paper clips, pins, pencils. I also have one in my living room that we use as a key tray and I have another by my bedside table for small bits of jewellery.
4. Round Wire Baskets – This is one of my favourite things to store things with. My favourite use for these types of baskets is to use them as a decorative plant pot. Obviously the plant within it will need a proper pot too or you will have water everywhere! I have another similar round wire basket which I use for holding all my wrapping paper and ribbons. I’m a bit of a hoarder when it comes to gift wrap so they needed a decent home! I also have a smaller copper round basket in the bathroom which holds all my shampoos, conditioners and everything else bath related!
5. Felt Baskets – Girls I know you can relate to having a ridiculous amount of bottles for our hair, faces, body – you name the part, we need a bottle for it. We need them all though don’t we?! If you’re like me and cleaning isn’t your favourite thing in the world then this speeds things up. I find there is nothing more irritating that having to pick one bottle up at a time in order to polish underneath them. This way you can just pick the basket up and ta-dah – shelf clean. You can organise your bottles to make them easier to find too, I have all my hair bottles in one set of baskets and all my face products in another set.
6. DIY Marble Tray – This is probably more of a decorative item than storage but it I use mine to tidily store different things so technically it is one stylish storage solution! They are so easy to make yourself, and on a budget too! See how here.
