I’ve just moved my home office into another room in the house (post coming soon), so I now have a lot more space so I found myself on the hunt for some cute minimal storage boxes. Queue HOP – House of Products.

I’m a sucker for a polka dot pattern so immediately fell in love with their storage boxes, and mint green is my all time favourite colour so I absolutely had to have them. I was really (pleasantly) surprised when they arrived, I was expecting a big parcel but amazingly the storage boxes come flatpack, they take about 5 seconds to rearrange them into their box form and they open and close with a magnetic front which I wasn’t expecting, they are really well made for how affordable they are!

Okay so I couldn’t stop at the storage boxes when I saw that the polka dot pattern came on a laptop case, a toiletry bag and a tissue box cover, all with mint detailing! Tissue boxes are so ugly aren’t they? This is the perfect solution. Hello stylish practicality.

I have candles burning all the time when I’m working in my office, so I couldn’t resist one of HOP’s soy candles – and soy wax means no black smoke guys! Did you know that? I only just found out… genuis – why aren’t all candles made of soy wax?!

I’m making a real effort at the moment to add more plants around the house, but with plants comes buying lots of plant pots, and they aren’t cheap! These grey paper bags make a great (much cheaper but just as good looking) alternative. You can use them for so many things storage wise, jewellery, fruit, knitting… you name it!

Lastly is this gorgeous towel set. I’m loving my pinks at the moment and these have a fun graphic print, each slightly different. Who said towels have to be boring? I don’t need towels in my office no… these are going to make a permanent home in the kitchen but I couldn’t not show them could I?
